I have worked in the finance industry since 2000 and have taught numerous courses for financial professionals and the general public on several financial literacy topics; such as, First Time Home Buyer Programs, Understanding Financial Statements for Loan Officers, FDIC's Money Smart Program, Mortgage Planning, Investing in Commercial Real Estate, and Understanding Residential Foreclosures. Some of which have been approved for continuing education credits by the NJEA, CFP Board of Standards, NASBA, CLE and several Real Estate associations. I started originating equipment leases in 2010, 3 years after transitioning my company from residential mortgages to commercial.
On a personal note I live with my dog in the suburbs of Denver where I hike and ski often. I tend to travel frequently, internationally and domestically.
