For over 25 years, George has been helping businesses find and obtain business loans, commercial real estate mortgages, and investment property loans. From owning and running several businesses, and from being a part-time CFO for startups and growing small and medium sized businesses, George knows firsthand the challenges business owners face on a daily basis. The biggest challenge for these businesses is getting access to capital in the form of business loans. He started MultiSource Finance to help business owners find and close loans.
As an independent commercial loan broker, George works with entrepreneurs and business owners to finance equipment, provide factoring or invoice financing of receivables, obtain purchase order financing to fulfill larger than normal customer orders, 100% financing for “total technology solutions” (software, hardware, services, maintenance, and training), financing for the purchase of a business or buyout of a business partner, mortgages for commercial real estate or investment property, or re-financing of existing debt. This type of real estate financing is often referred to as a "small-balance commercial real estate loan".
To find the right type of business financing to fit the situation at hand, George uses a wide range of funding sources that extend beyond your local banks. He acts as part diplomat, part banker, part business person, and part negotiator to present alternatives to conventional loans, as there is no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to business financing.
Outside of work, George likes to spend time with his wife and daughter, and plays golf when he can. He started with golf as a caddy at age 12 in RI and earned a RI State Caddy Scholarship to college. He is active in his community with the MetroWest Boys & Girls Club, and enjoys working on DIY home renovation projects.
