Michael specializes in business loans for owner-occupied commercial real estate, commercial debt refinance, partner buyouts, business acquisitions, and business expansions. He has worked in the commercial real estate and financing industry since graduating from North Carolina State University. His thorough knowledge of SBA lending products has allowed him to assist businesses in all types of industries including manufacturing & distribution, medical, technology, professional service, retail, restaurants, and franchises.
Michael is passionate about making a difference in the lives of business owners and the clients they serve. In addition to his day job, Michael sits on the board of Central Wake High School as Vice President. He is also a board member for Board of Association for Corporate Growth and Junior Achievement of Eastern North Carolina where he works with the next generation of future business owners.
When he’s not at work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and thrives in his role as #1 Soccer Dad.
